Little C turns 1!

We had a small celebration at home with balloons and cupcakes. GB, of course, looked at his sweet, creamy, raspberry cupcake with total disgust. Sigh. The whole event may have been a lot less dramatic if he hadn't have flipped the cupcake - icing first - onto himself and down the side of his high chair, only to literally have creamed the left side of his body. I ask, what's worse than being presented with a freshly baked morsel of goodness such as this? Apparently having it smothered all over you. Motherhood is an adventure, for sure. Thank you to all who sent cards congratulating GB on his first year!
