Our beautiful little girl is sick--I was dreading it, but it seems she and I have caught Calum's cold. Please pray she doesn't get a fever (which at her age, would prompt us to go to the ER and have a battery of state mandated tests that include a spinal tap). It's a scary proposition and I'm totally wound up worrying about the possibility.
We've all been sick for a good portion of the year, and with two ER visits under our belt already I think I would totally break if things get more serious. I thought parenting one sick child was hard... I clearly didn't have the foresight to know what caring for two would feel like.
