Peas. How could you mama?

C puts everything into his mouth. Plastic toys, metal kitchen utensils, keys, socks, feeding spoons. I could go on.

Vilma and I tried to feed him a few peas we had cooked and taken the skin off. He pushed them around his tray for several minutes, then we put a couple in his mouth.

He screamed. And screamed. The peas were dangling in the cup of his lower lip. Poor buddy had no idea what they were, but one thing was clear: He wanted them out.

Our little buddy is a complex individual. Vilma and I had a good laugh about the whole thing.

  1. Maybe he would have eaten the peas along with steak and potatoes!
