Update 7:30am

After my water broke last night I had severe contractions lasting
until after midnight when I asked for an epidural.

This morning I woke up having dilated to 5cm, and pain free, after
6hrs of sleep.

Contractions continue to go well--I'm 90% effaced, and Dr. predicts a
late afternoon birth at this rate.
